The AEU presents expert opinion, supported by a summary of high quality recent research evidence and relevant public documents, published since the last update in 2009. Living Well West Midlands
Living Well West Midlands is a BIG Lottery funded programme, supported by the West Midlands Regional Assembly delivering 29 innovative health and wellbeing projects across 14 West Midlands locations. Through a strong partnership of public, voluntary and private sector organisations Living Well West Midlands will encourage people to take part in exercise and healthy eating that can help improve their physical and mental well-being no matter what the age.
Learning Difficulties - Feel Good Food
Feel Good Food is a healthy eating box scheme created from an original idea by Connections Day Services. Through partnership working and consultation with people with learning difficulties we developed the project which is now up and running in Bath and North East Somerset.
National Obesity Observatory
The National Obesity Observatory was established to provide a single point of contact for wide-ranging authoritative information on data and evidence related to obesity, overweight, underweight and their determinants.
This specialist observatory is a member of the
Association of Public Health Observatories
and is sited alongside the
South East Public Health Observatory
. The National Obesity Observatory works closely with a wide range of organisations and provides support to policy makers and practitioners involved in obesity and related issues.

The National Social Marketing Centre which supports the Change4Life methodology has resources, documents and presentations that are available from their site.
Obesity Learning Centre
This website aims to share best practice, and to provide links to information, training and data on obesity. It has been developed to support people who work, either directly or indirectly, on promoting a healthy weight and tackling obesity.
